Pasireotide imaging study: magnetic resonance imaging as a predictor of therapeutic response in acromegaly

Background: T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signal has been recently linked with a better tumor response to pasireotide treatment in patients with acromegaly (ACRO).
